Maintenance Manager

About the role

The Maintenance Manager will take full ownership of all company equipment, ensuring reliable operation across project sites in Bahrain and the GCC. You will lead a team of technicians, plan preventive maintenance, and support continuous improvement in a fast‑paced EPC environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage ownership, issuance, and records for welding machines, workshop machinery, hydraulic presses, shearing machines, plate bending machines, CNC plasma cutting machines, overhead cranes, compressors, diesel generators, forklifts, mobile cranes, trucks, pickups and tools.
• Plan and schedule annual and monthly preventive maintenance for all equipment types.
• Supervise and develop a team of Mechanical and Electrical Technicians.
• Train equipment operators on routine maintenance and proper care.
• Coordinate with project sites and the workshop to ensure regular electrical and mechanical maintenance of site equipment.
• Maintain adequate spare‑parts stock and ensure timely availability.
• Prepare and manage the annual equipment maintenance budget.

Required profile

• Graduate or Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in maintenance of construction equipment.
• Prior experience in heavy industrial projects is an advantage.
• Strong commitment to health, safety, quality and client satisfaction.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to join immediately or with a short notice period.
• Willingness to work across Bahrain and other GCC locations as required.
