Aluminium Welder – EPC Projects

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Aluminium Welder to join our EPC and MEP projects across Bahrain and the GCC. The successful candidate will work on a variety of aluminium components, ensuring high‑quality welds that meet project specifications and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Perform TIG and MIG welding on aluminium pipes, sheets, profiles and structures.
• Read and interpret fabrication drawings, sketches and welding symbols.
• Prepare, cut, fit, align and weld aluminium materials according to specifications.
• Select appropriate welding techniques, filler materials and machine settings.
• Inspect welded joints for defects such as cracks, porosity, undercut and distortion.
• Grind, clean and finish welded joints as required.
• Maintain welding equipment, tools and consumables in good condition.
• Follow approved welding procedures, method statements and safety requirements.
• Keep daily records of welding activities and report to the supervisor.

Required profile

• ITI/Diploma in Welding, Fabrication or a related technical field.
• Minimum 2‑3 years of experience in aluminium welding and fabrication.
• Prior experience on heavy industrial projects is an advantage.
• Strong commitment to health, safety, quality and client satisfaction.
• Ability to join immediately or with a short notice period.
• Willingness to work across Bahrain and other GCC locations.
