Minibar Attendant

About the role

The Minibar Attendant is responsible for ensuring that each guest room’s minibar is fully stocked, neatly presented, and maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and service.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain inventory levels for all minibar items.
• Replenish and arrange minibar supplies in guest rooms promptly.
• Ensure the cleanliness and attractive presentation of each minibar.
• Track stock usage and report discrepancies.
• Provide courteous service to guests regarding minibar inquiries.
• Work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays, to meet hotel operating needs.

Required profile

• Previous experience in hospitality or customer‑service roles is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
• Effective communication and customer‑service skills.
• Basic knowledge of inventory management and stock control.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Commitment to high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
