Operations Manager

About the role

The Operations Manager will serve as the primary liaison with client management, overseeing the seamless integration and transition of projects and teams. This role ensures data integrity, drives operational efficiency, and upholds service quality across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the main point of contact for client operational issues and maintain strong relationships.
• Lead integration, onboarding, and transition of projects, people, and processes.
• Manage data integrity, perform analysis, and oversee MIS reporting.
• Negotiate and manage relationships with service providers, including audits and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Develop and maintain product offerings, services, and pricing structures.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to enhance tools, systems, and workflows.
• Coordinate marketing plans, campaigns, newsletters, and promotions.
• Monitor production KPIs, conduct quality controls, and ensure CRM data quality.
• Identify and implement operational efficiencies, expanding teams and systems as needed.
• Define and enforce procedures, train staff, and develop KPI reporting frameworks.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business or a related field.
• 6–10 years of experience in product development, vendor management, and operations management.
• Proven ability to communicate with senior‑level clients, partners, and internal stakeholders.
• Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
