Pre-Opening Kitchen Team – Sous Chef, Chef de Partie & More

About the role

We are assembling a full kitchen team for the pre‑opening of Ravensthorpe Restaurant in Adliya, Manama. The concept blends casual dining with a premium steakhouse, inspired by Nordic and medieval European traditions. You will join the team from day one and help shape the menu, standards and overall guest experience.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and execute dishes for your assigned section (hot, grill, pastry, cold, etc.) ensuring consistency and quality.
• Maintain hygiene, safety and food‑presentation standards at all times.
• Support mise en place, stock management and section readiness for service.
• Collaborate with kitchen leadership and fellow team members to deliver smooth service during the pre‑opening phase and daily operations.
• Follow all kitchen procedures, documentation and management instructions.

Required profile

• Previous experience in the relevant kitchen position (Sous Chef, Chef de Partie, Commis, etc.) is preferred.
• Strong teamwork, discipline and attention to detail.
• Professional attitude, reliability and passion for food quality.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and support operational discipline.
