Primary Teacher – British Curriculum (Bahrain)

About the role

We are seeking a Primary Teacher to deliver the British National Curriculum, including EYFS, Arabic, Islamic and Social Studies, to our pupils in Bahrain. The role offers a supportive, nurturing environment and pathways to leadership positions.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and deliver lessons across key stages following the British curriculum.
• Incorporate Bahrain Ministry of Education requirements for Arabic, Islamic and Social Studies.
• Maintain a positive, caring classroom atmosphere that promotes student wellbeing.
• Mentor and support newly qualified staff as part of the school’s BSO/BSME programme.
• Contribute to the house system and school community activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Education or relevant subject.
• Recognised teaching qualification (e.g., PGCE, QTS).
• Minimum 2 years teaching experience at primary level.
• Experience with the British curriculum preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
