Sales Associate

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Sales Associate to represent our brand and drive store sales through exceptional customer service. You will be the first point of contact for shoppers, helping them find the right products and encouraging repeat visits through our loyalty program.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers, converting browsers into buyers while promoting the Club Apparel Loyalty Program.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards, ensure product displays are attractive and stocked according to layout norms.
• Handle point‑of‑sale transactions, process cash, credit cards, vouchers and refunds accurately.
• Record inventory movements, manage stock levels and report discrepancies.
• Uphold store security, loss‑prevention policies and confidentiality of sales data.
• Work flexible hours, including extended periods during sales events and varied shift patterns.

Required profile

• Professional appearance and well‑groomed at all times.
• Strong product knowledge of the brand’s offerings.
• Ability to work under pressure during peak periods.
• Commitment to adhering to SOPs and loss‑prevention guidelines.
