SAP Consultant – SD & Service Modules

About the role

We are seeking an experienced SAP Consultant to manage and optimise our SAP landscape in Manama. The role focuses on the SD and Service (CS) modules, ensuring they support our business processes efficiently and drive organisational performance.

Key responsibilities

• Gather business requirements, analyse processes, identify gaps and propose SAP‑based solutions for sales, service and other functional areas.
• Configure SAP SD/CS components such as sales orders, contracts, pricing, billing, service notifications and repair orders.
• Lead or participate in full‑lifecycle implementations, including design, build, testing and go‑live activities.
• Ensure seamless integration with SAP MM, FI, PS and external systems, and support data migration and upgrade projects.
• Provide post‑go‑live support, incident resolution and documentation (functional specs, test cases, user manuals).
• Train end‑users, conduct workshops and communicate progress to stakeholders.
• Assist with risk assessments, audits and continuous improvement of SAP processes.

Required profile

• 5‑7 years of proven SAP consulting experience, primarily with SAP SD and Service (CS) modules.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology or a related field.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously and work collaboratively with IT and business teams.
