About the role

MedHub Medical Technologies is seeking a Senior Medical Devices Sales Specialist to lead the sales of orthopedic medical devices across Bahrain and the Gulf region. The role focuses on building and maintaining key client relationships, driving new business, and delivering on sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Drive sales of orthopedic medical devices and achieve revenue targets.
• Manage and grow relationships with hospitals, clinics, and healthcare professionals.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence.
• Conduct product demonstrations and provide expert consultation to medical staff.
• Execute sales operations, including strategic planning and execution.
• Analyze market trends and adapt sales strategies accordingly.

Required profile

• Proven experience in medical sales with a strong understanding of medical devices.
• Expertise in sales operations, strategic planning, and execution.
• Knowledge of orthopedics and ability to engage effectively with medical professionals.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
• Self‑motivated, results‑oriented and capable of meeting sales targets.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or relevant industry certifications.
• Previous experience in the healthcare or medical devices industry is a plus.
