Senior Project Engineer

About the role

The Senior Project Engineer will independently lead fast‑track fit‑out projects from client hand‑over to site completion. Working on‑site, you will coordinate all phases of construction, ensuring resources are used efficiently and client expectations are met.

Key responsibilities

• Take possession of units from clients and manage the entire site delivery process.
• Define project scope, schedule, performance requirements and cost targets.
• Optimize labour, material and equipment utilisation.
• Coordinate planning, design, estimating, contracting and construction activities.
• Maintain accurate progress records and oversee vendor and trade management.
• Ensure continuous communication with clients and uphold safety, quality and contractual standards.

Required profile

• 8–10 years of experience in similar project engineering roles.
• Strong technical and execution capabilities.
• Background with professional fit‑out contractors and in‑house workforces.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in a multinational environment.
• Valid local driving licence.
