Site Supervisor

About the role

The Site Supervisor will lead all on‑site activities for assigned construction projects, ensuring work is completed on schedule, within budget, and to quality standards. This role requires close coordination with vendors, subcontractors, and internal teams while providing regular updates to the Project Manager.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct site surveys and set out/mark interior finishes.
• Develop and maintain work programmes and schedules, preferably using MS Project.
• Prepare daily site reports with progress photos and submit them to the Project Manager.
• Plan, delegate, and supervise labour based on project requirements.
• Coordinate multiple trades on‑site, including MEP, mall, landlord, and tenant works.
• Monitor safety and first‑aid compliance, reporting any discrepancies, emergencies, or accidents immediately.
• Liaise with the factory team for the manufacturing and delivery of joinery items.
• Attend client site meetings with the Project Manager, record discussions, and act on agreed points.
• Maintain daily timesheets for all workers and be available for extended hours, weekends, or night shifts as needed.
• Verify as‑built quantities from subcontractors and submit final reports for account closure.

Required profile

• 5–8 years of experience in site supervision or construction management.
• Diploma or equivalent qualification.
• Strong ability to work with CAD, Excel, Word, and MS Project.
• Action‑oriented, detail‑focused, and able to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Excellent teamwork and customer‑service mindset.
• Experience managing daily labour forces.
