Student Advisor – Chat & Digital Support (Early Career)

About the role

This position is part of a fast‑growing international student services platform operating in Bahrain. As a Student Advisor you will be the first point of contact for prospective students, handling enquiries through live chat and other digital channels and helping turn interest into confirmed bookings.

Key responsibilities

• Respond promptly to student enquiries via live chat and digital messaging platforms.
• Provide clear information on programme options, pricing, locations and booking steps.
• Maintain a professional, student‑first tone in all communications.
• Qualify leads based on student needs and readiness, capturing accurate preferences.
• Advance high‑intent conversations toward booking or route qualified leads to the wider team.
• Record all interactions in the CRM and follow defined scripts and workflows.
• Share feedback to improve processes and overall student experience.

Required profile

• Up to 2 years of experience in a customer‑facing, chat or support role (internships, part‑time or placements accepted).
• Strong written communication skills and ability to multitask under pressure.
• High attention to detail and disciplined adherence to processes.
• Interest in a high‑volume, fast‑paced environment.
• Bahraini nationality is mandatory.
