About the role
We are seeking a friendly, professional individual to join our cigar lounge team, handling both waitress and hostess duties. The role involves welcoming guests, taking orders, and ensuring a memorable experience in an ultra‑luxury setting.
Key responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests, manage reservations, seating and waitlists.
- Escort guests to tables or lounge areas and take food and beverage orders.
- Recommend cigars, drinks and pairings, and deliver orders promptly.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the lounge throughout service.
Required profile
- Experience in hospitality, serving or hosting.
- Interest or knowledge of cigars (preferred).
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Professional appearance and ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
