Warehousing and Transcon Lead Agent

About the role

Expeditors is seeking a Warehousing and Transcon Lead Agent to ensure smooth freight processing and accurate data handling. The role supports customers by coordinating shipments, maintaining compliance, and fostering strong supplier relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure smooth and timely freight process flow and accurate data entry.
• Track and trace Transcon files, generate reports, and manage client/vendor billing.
• Coordinate delivery of freight, clearance, and customer shipment arrangements.
• Maintain compliance, meet KPI standards, and respond promptly to network communications.

Required profile

• 6 months to 1 year related experience or equivalent education.
• Understanding of ocean documentation processes (a plus).
• Effective interpersonal and communication skills.
• Pro‑active with strong organizational abilities.
• Good computer skills, including Excel and Word.
• Hazardous Materials certification preferred.
