Delivery Coordinator – Light Vehicle

About the role

Bin Hindi Motors is seeking a Delivery Coordinator to ensure a smooth, timely, and professional vehicle delivery process for its light‑vehicle line. The role involves coordinating vehicle preparation, registration, insurance documentation, customer handover, and post‑delivery follow‑up while maintaining compliance with company procedures and local regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate vehicle preparation and ensure all necessary paperwork is completed before delivery.
• Handle vehicle registration and insurance documentation in accordance with Bahrain regulations.
• Manage customer handover, provide a professional briefing, and address any immediate concerns.
• Conduct post‑delivery follow‑up to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve issues.
• Ensure compliance with internal procedures and applicable legal requirements.

Required profile

• Diploma in Business, Marketing, Automotive, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in vehicle delivery, automotive sales support, or customer service.
• Previous experience in an automotive dealership is preferred.
• Knowledge of vehicle registration and insurance procedures in Bahrain.
• Valid driving licence and good command of spoken and written English.
• Proficiency in MS Office and relevant online registration portals.
