3D Designer – Events & Campaigns

About the role

Khosh Fkra Media is seeking a creative 3D Designer to join its Events Department. You will transform concepts into immersive visual experiences for large‑scale activations, exhibitions, and brand environments across the GCC.

Key responsibilities

• Create high‑quality 3D concepts, renders, and visualisations for events, activations, exhibitions and brand experiences.
• Develop event layouts, stage designs, booth concepts and experiential environments from brief to client‑ready proposals.
• Produce technical drawings, mock‑ups and production‑ready files when required.
• Collaborate with Creative, Business Development, Production, Operations and Content teams throughout project lifecycles.
• Ensure designs meet client objectives, budgets, venue constraints and brand guidelines.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and incorporate feedback from stakeholders and clients.
• Stay updated on industry trends, materials, technologies and best practices in experiential design.
• Support on‑site execution to guarantee accurate implementation of designs.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in 3D Design, Interior Design, Architecture, Industrial Design or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of professional experience in 3D design, preferably within events, exhibitions, activations or experiential marketing.
• Strong ability to produce both conceptual visualisations and detailed technical outputs.

Required skills

• Proficiency with 3ds Max, SketchUp, Blender, Cinema 4D or AutoCAD.
• Rendering expertise using V‑Ray, Corona, Lumion or Enscape.
