Account Manager

About the role

The Account Manager will serve as the primary liaison for a portfolio of client accounts, ensuring that their IT needs are understood and met. Working from our Bahri office with flexible remote days, you will coordinate with technical teams to deliver tailored solutions and maintain high customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a defined set of client accounts, acting as the main point of contact for all service and solution inquiries.
• Gather and analyze client business requirements and translate them into appropriate IT offerings.
• Collaborate with technical and delivery teams to ensure timely implementation and issue resolution.
• Monitor account performance, prepare regular reports, and identify opportunities for upselling or improvement.
• Participate in client meetings, support proposal development, and drive contract renewals.

Required profile

• Proven ability to manage client relationships, including account planning and stakeholder communication.
• Strong business communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Previous experience in account management, client services, or sales within the IT or technology sector is preferred.
• Excellent organizational and time‑management abilities, with the capacity to handle multiple accounts and deadlines.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM or account‑management software.
• Advanced use of Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel and Outlook.
• Familiarity with common email and collaboration tools.
