Account Manager Transfer Agency

About the role

The Account Manager Transfer Agency will support Apex Group’s global fund administration business by managing investor onboarding, transaction processing, and ongoing compliance activities across multiple jurisdictions.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct AML and KYC screening for all investor types, including individuals, nominees, trusts, and partnerships.
• Maintain and update investor registers, static data, and KYC renewal schedules.
• Process subscriptions, redemptions, transfers, and switches, ensuring accurate bank information and cash matching.
• Reconcile money movements, investigate breaks, and chase missing payments to achieve month‑end balance.
• Prepare and distribute client, fund manager, custodian, and family‑office reports via email, portals, or system‑generated outputs.
• Collect and verify FATCA/CRS, TIN, and GIIN documentation, defining tax status for each investor.
• Coordinate with custodians and distributors (e.g., ClearStream, Allfunds) to ensure seamless settlement and reporting.
