About the role
Woodco W.L.L. is looking for an experienced Accounts Receivable Specialist to join its finance team in Manama. The role involves overseeing the end‑to‑end accounts receivable process, ensuring timely invoicing, accurate statements, and effective collection activities.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the full accounts receivable cycle, including invoice generation and dispatch.
- Prepare and distribute customer statements on a regular basis.
- Conduct collections activities and follow up on overdue payments.
- Track customer payments and reconcile accounts daily.
- Maintain accurate records and support month‑end closing activities.
Required profile
- Minimum 8 years of experience in accounting or accounts receivable.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow through on tasks.
- Preferably based in Bahrain.
- Familiarity with Bahrain VAT regulations.
Required skills
- Advanced Excel proficiency.
- Experience using ERP or similar accounting systems.
