Aftersales Manager – Service & Parts

About the role

Euro Motors is looking for an experienced Aftersales Manager to lead its Service and Parts departments in Sitrah, Bahrain. This full‑time position will drive performance, profitability and customer satisfaction across the aftersales operation.

Key responsibilities

• Lead daily operations of service and parts teams to meet business targets.
• Develop and execute strategies that maximise departmental revenue and profitability.
• Handle escalated customer complaints to ensure the highest level of satisfaction.
• Recruit, train and mentor a high‑performing aftersales workforce.
• Manage parts inventory, ordering and logistics for optimal availability.
• Monitor performance against KPIs and financial budgets.
• Ensure compliance with brand standards, company policies and health‑and‑safety regulations.
• Build strong relationships with suppliers, manufacturers and other stakeholders.
• Prepare and present regular performance reports to senior management.

Required profile

• Proven experience as an Aftersales Manager or similar senior role, preferably in the luxury automotive sector.
• Strong leadership and team‑management capabilities.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Commercial acumen with budgeting, financial control and P&L responsibility.
• In‑depth knowledge of vehicle service, repair and parts management.
• Organisational and problem‑solving abilities.
