Aftersales Manager Service & Parts

About the role

Euro Motors is looking for an experienced Aftersales Manager Service & Parts to lead its service and parts operations in Sitrah, Bahrain. The role combines strategic leadership with hands‑on management to drive profitability, customer satisfaction and operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Lead daily operations of the service and parts departments to meet business objectives.
• Develop and implement strategies that maximise profitability and revenue streams.
• Ensure high customer satisfaction, handling escalated complaints directly.
• Recruit, train and mentor a high‑performing aftersales team.
• Manage parts inventory, control stock levels, ordering and logistics.
• Monitor departmental performance against KPIs and financial budgets.
• Maintain compliance with brand standards, company policies and health & safety regulations.
• Build and maintain relationships with suppliers, manufacturers and other stakeholders.
• Prepare and present regular performance reports to senior management.

Required profile

• Proven experience as an Aftersales Manager or similar senior role, preferably in the luxury automotive sector.
• Strong leadership and team‑management abilities.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Commercial acumen with budgeting, financial control and P&L responsibility.
• In‑depth technical knowledge of vehicle service, repair and parts management.
• Strong organisational and problem‑solving capabilities.
• Strategic thinker able to drive business growth and operational efficiency.
