AI Specialist

About the role

The AI Specialist will support the identification, evaluation, and implementation of practical AI solutions across the business. Working with business teams, IT, and external partners, the role explores AI opportunities, assesses tools and models, and promotes responsible AI use.

Key responsibilities

• Explore and assess AI tools, models, agents, and platforms for relevance to business needs.
• Support development, testing, and evaluation of AI pilots and proofs of concept.
• Help departments identify practical AI opportunities and prioritize use cases.
• Coordinate AI initiatives, track timelines, risks, and outcomes, and document lessons learned.

Required profile

• Good understanding of modern AI tools and their business applications.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and experimentation skills.
• Ability to communicate AI concepts in simple business language.
• Approximately three years of relevant experience in technology, AI, or digital solutions.

Required skills

• Familiarity with Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Copilot Studio, Power Platform.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 components: SharePoint, Power Automate, Power Apps, Teams, Power BI.
• Basic knowledge of Python, SQL, APIs, JavaScript, C#.
• Understanding of large language models, prompting, AI agents, automation, data sources, and system integration.
