Analyst Operations Settlement

About the role

The Analyst Operations Settlement will manage and monitor the day‑to‑day operations of stc pay Bahrain's self‑service kiosk network. The role ensures kiosks are available, transactions are accurately reconciled, and processes are continuously improved.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of kiosks and follow up on related activities.
• Monitor kiosk performance and availability across all services, ensuring machines are operational.
• Identify and report abnormalities, escalated to relevant teams and vendors.
• Perform daily reconciliation of kiosk transactions against system records, merchant statements, cash collections and bank statements.
• Execute settlement activities, ensuring accurate and timely settlement of kiosk amounts.
• Investigate reconciliation discrepancies and coordinate resolution with relevant parties.
• Coordinate with vendors, acquiring partners, IT, Finance and Customer Care on operational issues.
• Participate in testing of new kiosk services, software releases and system integrations.
• Visit kiosk locations to inspect condition, placement and support on‑site issue resolution.
• Review and improve existing kiosk operational processes and procedures.
• Prepare regular performance, reconciliation and settlement reports for management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology or Fintech.
• 1 to 3 years of experience in payments, fintech or banking operations, preferably with kiosk or self‑service channels.
• Fluency in Arabic and English.
