Animator (Motion Designer)

About the role

The Animator (Motion Designer) creates compelling video and motion content that drives engagement across campaigns, social media, and brand channels. This role blends creative storytelling with technical expertise to deliver high‑quality animated assets for digital platforms, events, and internal brand needs.

Key responsibilities

• Design and produce motion graphics, animated explainers, logo animations, and visual effects.
• Collaborate closely with designers and the Marcom team to bring campaign concepts to life.
• Stay ahead of trends in video, animation, and short‑form storytelling to keep content fresh and innovative.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, visual communications, fine arts or a related field.
• 3+ years of professional experience in videography, editing, or animation.
• Professional certifications such as ACP, Blackmagic Design, CPDV, Maya, 3D Max, Maxon are a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects.
• Experience using AI tools and other video/animation software.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating a mix of live‑action video and motion graphics.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
• Knowledge of platform‑specific content requirements for digital and social media.
