About the role
We are looking for an Application Support & Release Management Engineer to ensure smooth operation of enterprise and banking applications. The role involves handling production support, change management, release execution, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Key responsibilities
- Manage release planning, deployment, rollback, and change management activities.
- Support production applications and resolve incidents promptly.
- Develop monitoring, logging, and alerting capabilities.
- Participate in Change Advisory Board (CAB) and governance processes.
- Maintain operational documentation and support runbooks.
- Drive automation and continuous improvement initiatives.
Required profile
- 2–3 years of experience in application support and release management.
- Familiarity with ITIL processes and banking or enterprise environments.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
