Arabic Language Expert - Remote

About the role

We are looking for a native‑level Arabic language expert to help improve AI models by reviewing and creating high‑quality bilingual content. Working remotely on an hourly contract, you will evaluate AI‑generated Arabic and English responses, generate training prompts, and provide detailed feedback that enhances model accuracy, logic and clarity.

Key responsibilities

• Create detailed prompts and bilingual responses across a variety of topics to train AI systems.
• Evaluate, rank and compare AI‑generated answers, focusing on correctness, reasoning quality and adherence to the original prompt.
• Identify and document methodological errors, reasoning gaps and unclear explanations in AI outputs.
• Fact‑check information using reputable sources and write clear, step‑by‑step explanations and model solutions.
• Test AI models for potential inaccuracies, bias or cultural insensitivity and report findings.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Linguistics, Translation, Arabic Language, Communications, Journalism or a related field.
• Native or near‑native proficiency in Modern Standard Arabic and at least one major dialect (Egyptian Arabic preferred).
• Minimum C1 English proficiency for bilingual evaluation and instruction.
• 3+ years of professional experience in translation, localization, editorial QA or linguistic review.
• Strong attention to detail, consistent application of rubrics and solid fact‑checking habits.
• Ability to work independently in a remote, asynchronous environment.
• Prior experience with AI data training, annotation or evaluation workflows is a plus.
