About the role

Join Hilton’s Hotels team as an Assistant Chief Steward and play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional guest experiences. You will oversee stewarding operations, ensuring that every aspect of inventory, equipment, and sanitation meets the highest standards of hospitality.

Key responsibilities

• Lead daily inventory control for china, glassware, linen, and silver, guaranteeing accuracy and availability.
• Oversee maintenance, security, and optimal functionality of all food‑service equipment.
• Develop, implement, and monitor sanitation procedures to ensure compliance with hygiene and safety regulations.
• Monitor department expenses, identify cost‑saving opportunities, and maintain profitability while upholding quality.
• Recruit, train, coach, and evaluate team members, fostering a high‑performing, engaged workforce.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness regulations to protect guests and staff.

Required profile

• Passion for hospitality and delivering memorable guest experiences.
• Demonstrated integrity, leadership, teamwork, ownership, and a sense of urgency.
• High School Diploma or University Degree (minimum required).
• Relevant experience in hotel or stewarding management (specific years not disclosed).
