About the role
We are looking for a motivated Assistant Quality Coordinator to join our team at Organic Pizza in Manama. The role supports the Quality Management System ensuring our products meet the highest standards of efficacy, reliability and timeliness.
Key responsibilities
- Standardize, inspect and approve incoming raw materials or hold them based on quality criteria.
- Monitor quality aspects throughout the production process and take corrective actions as directed.
- Maintain and update QMS documentation, including inspection, development and trial reports.
- Identify gaps in existing procedures, develop new SOPs and create ISO 9001‑2008 compliant forms.
- Collaborate with production and R&D teams to ensure continuous improvement of product quality.
Required profile
- 3–4 years of experience as a Quality Controller in an FMCG environment.
- Strong understanding of quality management principles and ISO 9001 standards.
- Proactive attitude with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Required skills
- Proficiency with MS Office applications.
