Join Hilton’s vibrant hospitality team as an Assistant Restaurant Manager, where you will help create memorable dining experiences for hotel guests. You will support the Restaurant Manager in overseeing daily operations, ensuring high standards of service, quality, and profitability.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in managing outlet operations, including guest service standards, product quality, inventory, cost controls, and budgeting.
• Collaborate with the Restaurant Manager to monitor service, address guest feedback, and resolve issues.
• Supervise and coach team members, contribute to performance evaluations and professional development.
• Support revenue initiatives through marketing strategies, up‑selling techniques, and promotions.
• Participate in recruitment, onboarding, and training of new staff.
• Maintain compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol regulations.
