Assistant Sales Manager

Exceptional hospitality starts with you. As an Assistant Sales Manager you will generate and manage group sales while delivering memorable experiences that brighten every guest’s stay.

Key responsibilities

• Research, prospect and qualify leads through proactive outreach and database mining to exceed lead generation goals.
• Serve as primary contact for assigned market segments, nurturing existing accounts and developing new ones to grow room revenue.
• Analyze hotel and market trends to create and execute business plans and marketing initiatives.
• Prepare proposals, conduct site visits, negotiate terms and secure contracts tailored to client needs.
• Coordinate customer requirements for rooms, food & beverage, and meeting spaces, ensuring accurate entry in the sales management system.
