About the role

Join EY's Assurance team in Manama as part of a dedicated Audit Graduate Programme. You will gain hands‑on experience in external audit engagements while developing the technical and professional skills needed to become a future audit leader.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in planning and executing audit engagements for a diverse client base.
• Perform audit procedures, test controls, and evaluate financial statement disclosures.
• Prepare working papers and documentation in line with EY quality standards.
• Collaborate with senior auditors and client personnel to gather information and resolve issues.
• Contribute to the preparation of audit reports and presentations.

Required profile

• Recent graduate with a degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or a related field.
• Strong academic record and a genuine interest in audit and assurance services.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and adapt to a fast‑paced environment.
