About the role
Zayani Motors is looking for a detail‑oriented Job Controller to oversee daily workshop operations, ensuring high‑quality, timely and profitable vehicle repairs.
Key responsibilities
- Manage workshop flow, bay utilization and labor efficiency to maximise profitability.
- Lead, coach and motivate technicians, identify training needs and mentor apprentices.
- Ensure compliance with manufacturer warranty, ISO/DOS standards and health & safety regulations.
- Analyse repeat repairs, conduct road‑tests and complete accurate repair documentation.
Required profile
- Diploma or related certificate with a minimum of 7 years’ experience in automotive workshop management.
- Strong leadership, communication and problem‑solving abilities.
- Proven track record of improving operational efficiency and profitability.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines and accept constructive feedback.
Required skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and related software.
- Knowledge of ISO and DOS compliance standards.
