Automotive Sales Executive

About the role

The Automotive Sales Executive will drive vehicle sales for Burjline Builders, delivering an exceptional customer experience and supporting the company’s expansion goals. The role combines prospecting, relationship building, and product expertise to meet and exceed sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through lead follow‑up, networking and prospecting.
• Present, promote and sell a range of vehicles to both new and existing customers.
• Maintain and develop strong business and customer relationships to secure repeat business.
• Achieve agreed‑upon sales targets within the defined timeframe.
• Provide accurate product information, quotations and financing advice.
• Conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives to highlight features and benefits.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer journey.
• Stay updated on product developments, market trends and competitor activities.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Sales Executive, preferably in the automotive sector.
• Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong negotiation, communication and customer‑service skills.
• Highly motivated, target‑driven and able to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent organisational and time‑management abilities.
• Valid driving licence.
• Fluency in English and Arabic.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Familiarity with CRM software.
