About the role

We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to lead our automotive division. The role involves steering a dedicated sales team, shaping strategic initiatives, and driving growth to meet company objectives while delivering an outstanding customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and manage the automotive sales team to achieve and exceed targets.
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand the customer base and strengthen market presence.
• Set individual and team sales goals, monitor performance, and report results.
• Build and maintain long‑lasting customer relationships to ensure high satisfaction and repeat business.
• Oversee the full sales cycle from enquiry to vehicle handover, ensuring a seamless service.
• Analyse market trends, competitor activity and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities.
• Manage vehicle inventory and align stock levels with sales forecasts.
• Prepare and present regular sales reports and performance analyses to senior management.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Sales Manager or senior sales leader in the automotive industry.
• Demonstrated track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Strong leadership, management and team‑building abilities.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• In‑depth knowledge of automotive market dynamics, sales techniques and financing options.
• Solid business acumen with the ability to analyse sales data and market trends.
