Barista – Friendly Coffee Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a friendly and passionate Barista to craft high‑quality coffee and beverages while delivering excellent customer service. You will play a key part in ensuring smooth café operations and a welcoming atmosphere for guests.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare coffee, tea, and hot or cold drinks following company standards.
• Operate and maintain espresso machines, grinders, and other café equipment.
• Ensure consistent beverage quality, taste, and presentation.
• Take customer orders, process payments accurately, and recommend menu items.
• Keep the coffee bar, equipment, and work areas clean and hygienic.
• Monitor and restock beans, milk, syrups, cups, and other supplies.
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety procedures.
• Assist with opening, closing, cleaning, and daily café tasks.
• Handle customer feedback professionally and support the team during busy periods.

Required profile

• Previous barista or café experience preferred.
• Basic knowledge of coffee preparation and espresso making.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
• Capable of working efficiently in a fast‑paced environment, both independently and as part of a team.
