Bartender – Lagoon Bar (Resort)

About the role

We are seeking an energetic, guest‑focused Bartender to join the Lagoon Bar at our 5‑star resort in Manama. The role involves preparing high‑quality drinks and creating memorable experiences for guests in an outdoor/resort setting.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and serve cocktails, mocktails, beverages and other drinks to the highest standards.
• Welcome guests warmly, take orders accurately and ensure timely delivery.
• Recommend drinks and assist guests with beverage selections.
• Maintain a clean, organised and fully stocked bar throughout the shift.
• Follow responsible service, hygiene and safety standards.
• Assist with stock control, replenishment and daily bar preparation.
• Handle guest requests and feedback professionally.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth service, especially during busy periods.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a bartender in a luxury hotel, resort or high‑end restaurant.
• Excellent guest‑service and communication skills.
• Friendly, energetic and confident personality.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced outdoor/resort environment.
• Strong attention to detail and professional grooming.
• Good English communication; additional languages are a plus.
• Passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences.

Required skills

• Proficient in cocktail preparation and mixology.
• Knowledge of spirits, wines, beers and non‑alcoholic beverages.
