Beauty Consultant - CLARINS

About the role

Chalhoub Group is hiring a Beauty Consultant for CLARINS in Manama. You will be the face of the brand across retail locations, using your skincare expertise to create customer experiences, bring products to life and drive the brand's success.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver skincare consultations, product demonstrations and personalised recommendations
• Support sales targets, customer acquisition, loyalty, product launches and brand activations
• Work closely with retail teams and store management so the brand is visible, well presented and customer-ready
• Build customer relationships through clienteling and stay up to date with beauty trends, products and competitors
• Keep the counter beautifully presented, well stocked and ready to welcome customers

Required profile

• At least 2 years' experience in beauty, skincare or cosmetics
• Strong knowledge of skincare products, routines and consultations
• Customer-focused, confident and professional approach
• Passion for luxury beauty, sales and memorable brand experiences

Required skills

• Strong communication skills in English and Arabic
• Skincare consultation and product recommendation
