Beauty Consultant - Clarins

About the role

Chalhoub Group, a luxury retailer with over 10 owned brands and more than 950 stores across the Middle East, is hiring a Beauty Consultant for its Clarins counter. The consultant creates memorable beauty experiences by understanding each customer's needs and recommending the right products, while building lasting relationships, achieving sales goals and keeping the counter well presented.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver skincare consultations, product demonstrations and personalised recommendations
• Support sales targets, customer acquisition, loyalty, product launches and brand activations
• Work with retail teams and store management so the brand is visible and well presented
• Build customer relationships through clienteling and stay up to date on beauty trends, products and competitors

Required profile

• At least 2 years' experience in beauty, skincare or cosmetics
• Strong knowledge of skincare products, routines and consultations
• Customer-focused, confident and professional approach
• Passion for luxury beauty and sales

Required skills

• Strong communication skills in English and Arabic
• Skincare consultation and product recommendation
