Beauty Consultant – Luxury Retail

About the role

As a Beauty Consultant for Chanel within the Chalhoub Group, you will be the face of luxury beauty, delivering personalized experiences that inspire, exhilarate and delight customers across the Middle East.

Key responsibilities

• Provide expert beauty advice and product recommendations to clients, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
• Drive sales of Chanel beauty products by meeting or exceeding individual targets.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of Chanel collections, trends and new launches.
• Ensure visual merchandising standards are consistently applied in store.
• Manage inventory, process transactions and handle product replenishment.
• Collaborate with store teams to create seamless omnichannel experiences.

Required profile

• Passion for luxury beauty and a strong customer‑service orientation.
• Excellent communication skills in English; additional language skills are a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, high‑standards retail environment.
