Branch Manager / Supervisor

About the role

We are seeking a responsible and motivated Branch Manager / Supervisor to lead daily operations, motivate staff, and drive sales performance. The successful candidate will ensure high standards of customer service, operational efficiency, and profitability across the branch.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of branch operations, including sales, inventory, and cash handling.
• Lead, coach, and evaluate staff to maintain productivity and morale.
• Monitor sales performance, set targets, and develop strategies to achieve them.
• Manage staff scheduling, attendance, and manpower planning.
• Handle customer enquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally.
• Maintain stock levels, order products, and ensure product availability.
• Control operational costs, minimize waste, and safeguard assets.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational and sales reports.
• Coordinate with suppliers, warehouse, and other internal departments.
• Support promotional campaigns, marketing activities, and company initiatives.

Required profile

• Previous experience in branch management, retail, F&B, hospitality, or a related field.
• Strong leadership and team‑management abilities.
• Excellent communication, problem‑solving, and customer‑service skills.
• Detail‑oriented, proactive, and able to work under pressure.
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

Required skills

• Experience with POS systems.
• Familiarity with inventory management systems.
