Brand Manager – Ferrari

About the role

Euro Motors is looking for an experienced Brand Manager to lead the iconic Ferrari brand in Bahrain. The role combines strategic brand stewardship with hands‑on sales and marketing execution to drive growth and uphold Ferrari’s global standards.

Key responsibilities

• Own the Ferrari P&L for new and pre‑owned car businesses and monitor monthly sales and marketing KPIs.
• Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies, sales plans and annual dealer marketing programmes.
• Maintain showroom standards, ensure all dealer and manufacturer communications are briefed to sales, marketing and after‑sales teams.
• Identify market potential, forge affinity partnerships and co‑marketing events with luxury brands.
• Oversee digital marketing tactics, manage the waiting list and coordinate customer complaint resolution.
• Collaborate with Sales and Marketing Managers to set budgets, evaluate performance and reward sales and marketing staff.
• Facilitate regular communication between sales, marketing, after‑sales and Ferrari headquarters.

Required profile

• Proven experience in luxury automotive brand management or high‑end consumer goods.
• Strong understanding of the automotive market, competitor landscape and economic factors.
• Ability to analyse data, drive brand equity and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
• Excellent leadership, communication and cross‑functional coordination skills.
