BRM Support and Operations Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a BRM Support and Operations professional to join our team in Bahrain. The role focuses on maintaining and enhancing Oracle Billing and Revenue Management (BRM) solutions for major telecom projects, ensuring accurate real‑time rating, pricing, billing and invoicing.

Key responsibilities

• Interpret business requirements and translate them into technical designs for Oracle BRM.
• Develop, configure, and maintain real‑time rating, pricing, and billing modules.
• Modify and create custom policy opcodes and other BRM opcodes.
• Performance‑tune multi‑threaded and multi‑process applications using the BRM MTA framework.
• Support Oracle BRM version 7.4 or later, including database interactions with Oracle 10g/11i.

Required profile

• 4‑5 years of experience in telecom billing or related projects.
• Strong analytical skills to work from business requirements to technical implementation.
• Hands‑on experience with Oracle BRM, especially real‑time rating and pricing configuration.
