About the role
We are looking for a motivated Business Development Executive to join our advertising team in Bahrain. This full‑time, on‑site position focuses on expanding our client base, strengthening relationships, and driving revenue growth within the advertising sector.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.
- Generate leads and develop strategic plans to acquire new clients.
- Build and maintain long‑term relationships with existing and prospective advertisers.
- Collaborate with internal teams to tailor advertising solutions that meet client objectives.
- Track performance against sales targets and report progress to senior management.
Required profile
- Minimum of 1 year proven experience as a Business Development Executive in an advertising company.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- Fluent in Arabic (both written and spoken).
- Female candidates only.
Required skills
- New business development and lead generation.
- Strong client relationship management.
- Ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
