Café Supervisor

About the role

We are seeking a responsible and customer‑focused Café Supervisor to manage daily café operations. You will lead the service team, ensure high standards of beverage quality and cleanliness, and create a welcoming experience for every guest.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily café operations and guarantee smooth, efficient service.
• Lead, motivate and schedule café staff, assigning tasks and monitoring performance.
• Deliver friendly, professional, and efficient customer service, handling enquiries, feedback, complaints and special requests.
• Monitor coffee, beverage and food quality, presentation and service standards.
• Coordinate with baristas and kitchen staff to ensure timely order preparation and delivery.
• Track stock levels, assist with ordering, receiving and inventory checks.
• Oversee POS transactions, cash handling and daily sales procedures.
• Train staff on customer service, product knowledge, hygiene and café procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café, counter, equipment and dining areas.
• Support promotions, events, new menu launches and other café activities.
• Assist with opening and closing procedures and prepare basic sales, stock and operational reports.
