About the role
We are looking for a dynamic Call Center Agent to join our team. The successful candidate will handle both inbound and outbound calls, providing sales support and delivering high‑quality customer service.
Key responsibilities
- Answer incoming customer calls and initiate outbound calls to prospects.
- Promote products or services and achieve sales targets during calls.
- Provide accurate information, resolve inquiries, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain detailed call logs and update customer records in the system.
- Follow established scripts and adapt communication style to each caller.
Required profile
- Self‑motivated individual with high energy and drive.
- Excellent verbal communication and ability to build rapport over the phone.
- Strong listening skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and meet performance metrics.
Required skills
- Effective phone etiquette and clear speech.
- Basic proficiency with standard office software (e.g., word processing, spreadsheets).
