About the role
The Call Centre Agent handles both incoming and outgoing telephone interactions, combining sales activities with customer service support. This position requires a highly motivated individual who can maintain a positive, energetic approach while communicating effectively with callers.
Key responsibilities
- Handle incoming calls from customers and prospects.
- Make outgoing calls to generate sales leads and follow up with existing clients.
- Provide product or service information and promote offerings during calls.
- Deliver prompt and courteous customer service, answering inquiries and resolving issues.
Required profile
- Self‑motivated with high levels of energy and drive.
- Strong verbal communication skills and ability to build rapport over the phone.
- Comfortable working in a fast‑paced call centre environment.
