Cards Product Management Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a Cards Product Management Specialist to lead the strategic development, commercialization, and lifecycle management of card products. The role involves overseeing product launches, optimizing portfolio performance, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring regulatory compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Design and roll out innovative card products tailored to market needs, define value propositions and pricing strategies.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, operations, and compliance teams to ensure successful product launches and post‑launch performance monitoring.
• Support sales teams with training, tools, and product knowledge to drive acquisition, usage and revenue growth.
• Manage integration with card processing systems, switches and vendors, providing technical support and resolving operational issues.
• Monitor product performance, handle complaints, audit and compliance matters, and recommend promotional campaigns.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing or related field.
• 10–15 years of experience in product development, portfolio management and cross‑functional collaboration within the card payments industry.
• Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Required skills

• Deep knowledge of card payment processing systems and switches.
• Expertise in regulatory compliance for card products.
