Chauffeur Driver

About the role

To provide safe, professional, and courteous transportation services to clients, ensuring a high standard of customer satisfaction while maintaining company vehicles in excellent condition. The role involves driving clients to their destinations, handling luggage, and keeping the vehicle clean and operational.

Key responsibilities

• Safely transport clients to designated destinations in a timely and professional manner.
• Assist passengers with luggage and other reasonable requests.
• Ensure compliance with all traffic laws, regulations, and company policies.
• Perform daily vehicle inspections and report any defects, damages, or maintenance requirements.
• Keep the assigned vehicle clean, presentable, and fully operational.
• Plan routes efficiently to minimize travel time and ensure punctuality.
• Maintain accurate records of trips, mileage, fuel consumption, and incidents.
• Use navigation systems and communication devices effectively.
• Respond professionally to customer inquiries and concerns.
• Follow company procedures regarding vehicle security and passenger safety.

Required profile

• High school certificate or equivalent.
• Valid Bahrain/GCC driving license or eligibility to obtain one.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a chauffeur, light‑vehicle driver, or professional driver.
• Good knowledge of local roads, landmarks, and traffic regulations.
• Basic English communication skills; Arabic is an advantage.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
• Clean driving record with no major traffic violations.
