Chef de Partie – Italian Restaurant (Due Mari)

About the role

Jumeirah Gulf of Bahrain is seeking a dynamic Chef de Partie to lead the kitchen team at Due Mari, its signature Italian restaurant. You will be responsible for maintaining the high standards of a 5‑star luxury dining experience while ensuring smooth operations within your section.

Key responsibilities

• Organise shift schedules and oversee mise en place production for the section.
• Delegate tasks to Demi Chefs and Commis, ensuring they are executed correctly.
• Prepare daily wine, dry store, and food requisitions, and manage kitchen transfers using approved forms.
• Maintain strong colleague relationships and motivate the team.
• Deliver one‑to‑one training and confirm comprehension.

Required profile

• Completed kitchen apprenticeship or chef training of at least one year.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar Chef de Partie role.
• At least 2 years experience working in a 5‑star international luxury environment.
• Proven ability to thrive in a multicultural setting.
