Chef de Partie – Luxury Hotel Kitchen

About the role

Four Seasons Hotel Bahrain Bay is seeking a passionate Chef de Partie to join its culinary team. The successful candidate will work in a high‑end hotel kitchen, preparing and presenting dishes to the brand’s exacting standards while supporting the overall guest experience.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare, cook and plate dishes within the assigned section, ensuring consistency in taste, presentation and portion size.
• Maintain a clean, organized workstation and adhere to all health, safety and hygiene regulations.
• Assist senior chefs with menu planning and development.
• Monitor stock levels, control waste and support inventory management.
• Train and mentor junior kitchen staff as required.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or similar role in a high‑end restaurant or hotel.
• Culinary diploma or equivalent certification.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast‑paced team environment.
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends and holidays.
